How did the Dodgeball Dropouts get to be so good? you ask yourself. They
certainly weren't an overnight success. It took hours of intense training, a
specially designed training regimen and a captain who was willing to push his
players to the breaking point. Here is the Dropouts' official training regimen
(don't worry - it's Atkins approved!):
- Two-handed beer lift (lift with your right arm; and sip,
and sip; and lift with your left arm...)
- Chip dips (strong downward motion through the dip, and raise chip
keeping arm parallel to the ground)
- Krispy Kreme lunges (lunge toward "hot nows" on your
right leg, making sure knee does not extend beyond the ankle; swiftly shovel
donut into mouth; repeat with left leg)
- Barbeque leaps (after spraying too much lighter fluid on
the charcoal, take a quick backward leap away from flames. Repeat.)
- Bathroom sprints (using strong strides, sprint at top
speed to bathroom; this exercise is especially effective if done if
conjunction with the two-handed beer lift)
