First Course:

Main Courses:

  • Grilled Pork Tenderloin
    • Delicate tenderloin of pork marinated in a mixture of herbs and spices lightly sweetened with a reduction of fresh raspberry. The pork is thinly sliced and served with rhubarb-balsamic compote and confit of shallot.
  • Tuscany Grill
    • Free-range boneless chicken breasts are rubbed with fresh herbs, lemon zest, olive oil, and minced garlic and char-grilled to juicy perfection. The chicken is then served with a fresh salsa of tomato and fragrant basil or a tangy artichoke dressing.

Desserts:

  • Orange and Chocolate Layer Cake with Orange Butter Cream Filling
