"Jan did a great job as MOB, but she's really stepped up her game in the past year," said an insider. "She went out and got the skills she needed to be MOG." Controversy has dogged Janet since the beginning of the engagement when she was accused of bribing team officials to get the job. "The scuttlebutt was that as soon as she heard [about the engagement] she brought down fluffy towels to team headquarters as well as a new water dish for senior management," said one guest.
